I bought this liner years ago in Rich Mink [brown] from the checkout at Wal-Mart or Target or something like that [it was hanging by all the candy and gum n' stuff, and was super cheap]. I LOVE IT. It's my favorite eyeliner, I love how soft it is, I use it on my waterline a lot! It doesn't smear or smudge over time, and I think everyone should have one of these in their makeup drawer!
I have used many different black eyeliners but this one takes the cake, it's smooth and stays on for hours:) try it maybe you will love it as much as I do.
This pencil has a rich color and is soft so it is easy to apply. The color stays on for a long time, and the smudger is great! I use this on my waterline all the time, and use it to tightline. I have two issues with it though. One is that, perhaps due to my skin, it always ends up feathering down under my eye and making me look like a raccoon. My other issue is also a pro as well as a con, but no matter how much make up remover I use, when I wake up after wearing it the day before, there is always a shadow of where I had applied it.
I bought this in rusted pewter? or something pewter. The pencil is soft and well pigmented. And as I said the smudger at the oppisite end is not bad at all. I wore it today and I had it on for 7-8 hours so far and its stayed in place. I didn't try this in my water line, but it is soft enough to use and I think smudging it will make it stay longer.
