Two times a day for best results. Ideally, you are only using a 5% c or this on your eyes. Keep other Obagi products (not including the face wash or toner) on the outside of your ocular area. Twice a day for 100% results. Yes, you can wear make-up over it. Just a dab makes all the difference here.
