I cut all my hair off September 2012. It was really unhealthy and i wanted to start anew. I definitely recommend drinking tons of water and a balanced diet. Take your vitamins and use sulfate free shampoos. Massage your scalp everyday and use as less heat as possible. Don't forget to protect your hair from the heat.
