Cake Eyeliner Sealer

I don't own any Napoleon eyeshadows, I just use this for the other eyeshadows I have. It has the ability to help you apply shadows super vividly on the eyelid. Especially with golds, and bright colours, it really makes them stand out. What I found is it works best when you wet the eye brush with the cake line sealer, and dab it in loose pigment (or pressed powder eyeshadows that you have loosened with a disposable mascara wand) and then apply it to eye in pressing motions. You are able to get a really strong colour application. It's a great product to have- takes eye colour to the next level!

This little beauty is for the napoleon cake eyeliner which looks like a black eyeshadow but add 2 drops of this it turns to a liquid. But i love this stuff because i can turn any loose pigment/ eyeshadow into a liquid liner or use it to apply the pigments and an eyeshaow all over with great staying power. I've had my bottle for 2 years now and im not even half way. not that i use it every day. an essential product to purchase in the napoleon range.
