Gem of a Liner
I grabbed this shade because it swatched beautifully and I was on the fence about another shade. I couldn't leave empty handed. This stuff does not budge after application even though it has a huge amount of glitter. So if you want to smudge it just a bit you gotta work FAST. For a quick face I used this on the lid and bottom, mascara top and bottom lash, Format blush and Retro Matte shade in runway hit. What a hit!!! Its the middle of chilly November and I looked like I spent serious time at an island resort. This liner makes brown eyes pop in a very good way. Will definitely repurchase.
The BEST eyeliners!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE these eyeliners!! The colors are just so beautiful and bright with the right amount of shimmer (not glitter). They are soft and blendable with no tugging or smudging. I wish I found out about these sooner so I could have had a bigger collection. Right now, I only have Industrial, Undercurrent, Designer Purple, and Petrol Blue. All gorgeous colors!! I love to use these on my lower lashes for a pop of color!
