HG status!

Haha, I just started a conversation about mu brushes, and I realized I haven't ever did a review on this! The SF50 was actually my favorite foundation brush until I purchased this one and I really will never purchase another foundation brush again unless this needs replaced. This brush does so many different things, but I use it mainly to apply foundation just because it blends beautifully and does not streak. The brush itself is soft, and very dense, and so worth the money. I ended up purchasing a second one about a week after I purchased the original just because I kept wanting to take my first one to work and such with me. If you kept it in a purse or a bag, you could use it for foundation touchups, bronzer, blush, powder, and eliminate need for mult. travel brushes. Great purchase, you won't be disappointed!

A great alternative to those that can't use traditional paddle brushes!

This brush gives great coverage, and does not leave streaks! Made w/ a conscious, they make brush handles from FSC wood, and the bristles are synthetic. My only gripe about this is that it does suck up a pretty good amount of product, but it's a fair trade off for such great application.

One of my first experiences w/ LY as a brand, and they have wonderful customer service. Don't be turned off by having to purchase their brushes directly through their website! The accommodate international shipping if you put in an email request, and they ship things out promptly too. =)

I definitely prefer these over stippling brushes like the MAC 187, but it still doesn't beat my Sigma F80. These are three completely different brush shapes though! MAC 187 = stippling brush, Sigma F80= flat top kabuki, LY34 = tapered/dome round foundation brush [not a flat paddle] Not my all time favorite, butt comes to a close 2nd or 3rd place though! =)

I'm not sure if this is the paddle brush, but the photo looks like it is of the LY34, and the LY34 is the one I am mentioning.
