Natural glow

I wasn’t too sure about this as it seemed a little too oily for the face but the more I’ve played around with it the more I like it. It gives such a natural warm glow to the skin without any glittery particles, just a subtle shimmer that is beautiful for use on the neck, shoulders and décolletage. I don’t think it’s something I’d use as a highlighter on my face as i prefer my highlighters to pack a punch but for the rest of my body, it’s a winner!!

Magic in a bottle

I never thought I would recommend a highlighter this expensive, but this is truly magic in bottle. Every time I wear this on my 40+ skin I get complemented on how healthy and good my skin looks. It just gives you a soft glow and reminds me of Hourglass ambient powders. I tap it on the high points of my face.

Amazing...

I bought the color Sunlight and it is absolutely gorgeous! It is a beautiful bronze with a slight shimmer...the most natural liquid highlight I've ever tried. I applied it with a damp beauty blender and it just melted into my skin. This shade is particularly gorgeous on medium to deep skin tones.

Holy Grail product!

Holy Grail product. Have repurchased so many times. Probably one of my most favorite primers, as well as mixing agents. I love the finish this gives when mixed with my foundations. Give a very nice healthy glow, that's not over the top or obnoxious. Have also used this one also as a highlighter

Gives a very natural "non-sparkly" glow

Wonderful golden stuff - I'm now using my 3rd bottle :) I've got medium-deep skin with a warm undertone. Been using the product in 2 ways:

1) To thin down foundations. I blend it with my thick Kevin Aucoin SSE in order to sheer it down for easy application. The final look is a gorgeous dewy glow. This blend provides medium coverage. I used to prime with MUFE Step 1 Skin Equalizer, then switched primers to use either the KA Primed Skin Developer N/O or the Natasha Denona Magic Primer Anti-Shine Flawless Face Base. I now find I get better oil-control and more longegivity out of my KA liquid highlighter/SSX foundation blend.

2) Applied directly onto skin as a highlighter. Gives a very natural highlight; no obvious disco-ball glitter particles :) It achieves a similar look to the Natasha Denona Face Glow Cream Shimmer - I use the medium shade. On my skin, the KA Candlelight comes off as slightly more lighter golden than the ND Medium shade, which has a deeper warmth to it.

I'm quite happy (remember ... 3rd bottle!) with the golden Candlelight shade for my skin tone. The Starlight shade looks very pretty but I don't think its pink undertone will suit my warm skintone. The Starlight looks comparable with the ND Light shade Face Glow Cream Shimmer. So I reckon this will suit neutral to cool skin toned girls; it's great that KA has expanded its highlighter shades.

1 bottle lasts me for about a year with regular use.

I absolutely love this highlighter! The color is super pretty and gold. I also love that this is a liquid highlighter, and when applied it makes you look fresh and glowy and dewy which I am all for. Definitely one of my top highlighters :)

You Glow Girl!

Having tried a variety of powder highlighters (Hourglass, Cle de Peau) and bronzers with shimmer incorporated in the product (MAC, Laura Mercier), I found that they can be a little tricky to apply. If applied incorrectly, you can look too shimmery. What I was really after was creating an overall natural dewy glow to my skin.

So I checked in with my Beautylish Buddies Melanie C. and Jaqueline H. and they both recommended that I try Kevyn Aucoin's Celestial Skin Lightening Highlighter.

How To: I prime my skin with Kevyn's Skin Developer and then mix 1 pump of the Celestial Skin Lightening Highlighter with my everyday BB Cream (MAC, IT) or my medium to full coverage foundations (Kevyn Aucoin, Estee Lauder Double Wear, RCMA, MAC) and it works beautifully with all of these products. The end result is natural dewy skin that glows.

Please understand, I don't ever intend to stop using my powder highlighters. They are all fantastic! This is just another lovely option to include in your make up repertoire.

You just can't go wrong with KA products. They're exceptional. I highly recommend this product.

Most natural looking glow ever!

I owned many highlighters, from loose powders, pressed powders, liquid and so forth. This highlighter tops them all! You can wear it in its own with no makeup and have the most beautiful glow to your face without the obnoxious glitter chunks, or mix or with your go to foundation, BB or CC cream and have the most dewy luminous glow ever! I hope this item isnt limited edition because this is a staple in my kit and it should definitely be in your arsenal!

Gorgeous Glow

This is seriously my favorite product for KA. I love how versatile it is. I can wear half a pump mixed in with my foundation, or just as a highlight on my cheeks. It's a gold glow and not chunky at all, no big particles of glitter. Just a light gorgeous sheen. I will never be without this product!
