Studio Corrective Concealer

There are actually two shades for this: Erase&Conceal (yellow, blue, green and pink) and Neutralise&Brighten (light peach, green, pink, peach). I have them both. I prefer the Erase&Conceal one as my skin is too fair for the peach correctors in the other one. The yellow concealer works so well on my under-eye circles! And the pink is amazing, it really brightens any dull areas you might have. I haven't used the blue, as I don't have any orange-y spots on my face and I'm not the biggest fan of the green, simply because it doesn't cover that well. I find that they are quite lightweight and nice. Slightly oily, so people with very oily skin might want to avoid them.

Not for me.

I read and watched over 10 reviews on this product which had all good things to say, so I decided to purchase this product and it was a total no-no. Like others had mentioned, it's waxy and very sheer. Even when I did a swatch to see which color will show, they don't have any coverage of any sort. This product if not for me and I will not be going back for it.

Mixed. 2 concealers worked the other 2 kind of did not do the job.

What it does? It's a brightening + corrector + neutralizer for P249.75 or $3.

Light/Dark skin tone corrector helps hide dark circles and even out skin. They maybe some areas in your face that are darker/lighter because of acne scars, allergy marks, and/or other factors. Also, around the lips to highlight and make it stand out more once you've put on your lippies. Would've been better if the darker corrector is significantly darker and same goes with the lighter one so both concealer would work with any skin color when you mix the two-- Also, to achieve better concealing result. Lucky for me, the lighter tone matches my skin color perfectly (now the darker cream goes without a purpose). Hopefully, when i do makeup gigs i can use it with some morena models so nothing goes wasted.

Pink cream is for under eye areas, pale spots and where baby veins appear. I have an area around my cheek where baby veins pop out of nowhere, i use it to neutralize it. The pink one also helps brighten up tired looking eyes, giving it an instant kick of glow. Works perfectly for me.

Green is for any areas where redness appears. Best in covering budding pimples (if you do dare to touch it), sides of your nose if there's more redness in it than discoloration and if you just had your brows cleaned it can get really red right? so you can use this one to minimize the redness.

Over all? I like it because it has a powdery feel instead of the usual creamy-sticky texture. It's a little moist so it glides on smoothly when i apply it using my finger. It does crease a little bit but that's because i have dramatically oily skin than anyone in the world, but seal it in with a powder and it's perfect.

I do recommend you all try it, at least for the pink corrector. The pink corrector gets the job done, it justifies the amount you paid for it. I will surely buy this again for the pink and light skin tone concealers, special mention on the pink one cos there's nothing else like it in the market that i know of. Oh! and if you have light lines under your eyes the "magical pink concealer" kind of erases that too.

So, You get four correcting concealer and a mini concealer brush for a reasonable price, this is not bad at all. Right? YES.

ok but not wowed

i have almost snow white, acne prone, oily skin, and so i need full coverage concealer and fondations that also cover redness of the acne as well as hormonal redness and my dark circles but neither one of the skin tone colors in the lightest pallet were light enogh for my skin. the texture of the product was way too thick, i couldnt even get it on to my brush to apply it to my face, so i had to scrape chunks of it out of the pallet and apply it with my fingers. it barely covered any of my acne or redness or dark circles so i tried the corective colors which ddnt make a difference either. the next day i broke out worse. although i was dissapointed in this product for the way it was intended to be used i actually love to use it for matte lipstick i use the darker skin tone shade in the cornners and under my bottom lip and the other for the rest of my lips, i then use the pink as a lip highlight in the centers of both my lips, or sometimes i just wear the pink aloan

Don't waste your time

This palette was promising, but a disappointment. I bought it just to save some money on a similar, but higher quality product. I ended up loosing money I could have spent towards something better. It is very waxy and not very usable with other products. I used my foundation on top of the concealer, and it washed the concealer right off. Unfortunately, this was useless for me.

Good price for a good product

I really like that all the different colour corrective concealers are in one palette. It makes it easy to carry around and travel with. Aside from the great packaging, the concealers have a great creamy texture. A little bit of product actaully goes a long way. I actually only mainly use the last 3 colours of this corrective palette. I find that the green shade does help to reduce redness on my skin, but you do have to blend it well otherwise it will leave a little bit of a green tint on your skin. The pink and darker beige is great for concealing dark under eye circles, again this product needs a lot of blending to make it even out. Most importantly I do need to wear foundation or a matching skin tone concealer over this product, otherwise I don't recommend using this product alone.

not good

This product was so dry its basically unusable. I couldn't even get it on my fingers or my brushes. Save yourself the 3 dollars and try one of elfs better buys.

You Get What You Pay For...

For only $3 I think it's worth it. I only use the green for redness around my nose and on my cheeks, and then the pink for undereye darkness. You have to remember that this concealer is meant to be worn under a natural colored concealer and your foundation on top of that. If you are wearing it alone, then you are probably going to look washed out and it won't look very natural. I like it for its purpose and it works well for my skin.

Love this!

I love this concealer for the redness around my nose and the blue circles under my eyes. It is sold at a great price and it lasts forever. I definitly recomend this.
