No animals!

These aren't made of animals and bamboo is biodegradable. And they're very soft. I'm not sure what to do with the rest of the brushes (especially because don't wear concealer/blush) and still don't know what a Kabuki brush is for. But the blending brush is the best thing in the whole wide world and I wouldn't even bother wearing eye-shadow if the blending brush didn't even exist (someone finally figured out why eye-shadow always made her look awful instead of better).

perfect for travelling

all you really need are these 4 brushes. one for foundation buffing in mineral foundation. the other for bronzer and blush, or vice versa. one brush that can be used as a flat shader eyeshadow brush OR for your concealer if you don't like using your fingers. the blending brush is amazingly soft, and it's a bit big but just be careful with it when you're doing your eye makeup so it doesn't end up looking too muddy looking. I like these brushes a lot because they are small and cute and super easy to work with. Great for travelling with.

These brushes have great quality and are very affordable! This was my first brush set and I highly recommend it to anyone who just started using makeup. It contains all the basic brushes a beginner would need. The brush hairs are really soft and picks up the product very well.

A nice surprise

These brushes were super soft and felt really goo on my skin! The price was cheap, and so I did not expect these brushes to be very good quality. But I was wrong! Not only do these brushes work great, but they are good for the environment. I feel good using them, because I'm not spending money, but helping the earth.

Vegan Friendly, Affordable Travel Brushes

I give these a pretty fair to good rating because they are super affordable, obtainable, vegan friendly, and work well. These are also great for travel. I think these are great in any kit, wether you are a collector looking to go synthetic with your brushes (these were my initial investment in vegan brushes) or a beginner. There are nice shapes that will get the job done, and produce beautiful work. The handles are short, and don't work well in a brush roll, so keep the case it comes with for proper storage if you are OCD about your makeup storage like me. I didn't give it 5 stars, because there are other vegan brushes I prefer, but these are a great way to go. These also don't have as many shapes as I would like, but most women would probably benefit from the simplicity of these shapes, and get more use from this kit than a large kit with "odd shaped brushes." Most women only use 5 brushes ever, so I think it will work for most. Also my ET Kabuki broke, and one of the powder brushes absorbs more of my face powder than I would like (Inglot YSM, which is of course soft and silky to begin with) so I tend to favor the ELF Stippling Brush from the studio line when it comes to face powder.

Very decent travel brushes

Hubby buys me travel sized brushes and makeup so when we go far and away to visit his family, I wont be bringing so very much along. These are very decent brushes for a quick travel brush.

I am in love with the brushes, they are so handy and have the perfect size for travelling. But my favorite one in this collection, must be the blending brush for the eyes. It has the perfect shape, and is the best brush for me when i have to do smokkey eyes.

good quality!

I love these brushes! They are so soft but not too soft and wash out really easy. I am so glad that they are affordable too and can usually be found in sets.

GOOD QUALITY FOR PRICE

I've used every single brush in this set almost everyday for about 6 months now. There super soft and love the way they apply makeup. My fav brush is the blush brush (well I use it for blush anyway). I've cleaned them once a month and there still in perfect shape. Gotta love drugstore bargains!!
