I did this look one Sunday, while watching the game with the hubby. This look can be worn as a regular look (without the star of course). Star on left eye was drawn freehand with an eyeliner. (The bottom may not be just right but, I wanted it to line up with my lower lash line.) Use a blue liner and eyeshadow to blend out. Outline star with a white eyeliner.
