Moisture Surge Tinted Moisturizer SPF15

I'm a huge fan of tinted moisturizers and this one by Clinique delivers exactly what I need and want. For my daily routine, I never like a heavy coverage since a caked on face for me in sunlight is no bueno. This tinted moisturizer goes on very smooth (reminds me of Laura Mercier's Tinted Moisturizer) and leaves a nice dewy finish. For any extra coverage on blemishes or dark circles, I use a concealer to cover them up. The packaging is small which fits quite nicely in my makeup bag when I'm on the go.

My absolute favorite daily makeupwear. The product leaves my skin looking fresh, even, natural and moisture - however this foundation will not cover your skin only even it. Easy to add and perfect if you're going for a natural touch.

The texture of the moisturiser is lovely and not greasy at all. The coverage is great for a tinted moisturiser and the finish is matte which is perfect for oilier skins. This shade is slightly darker than I would usually wear making it wonderful for tanned summer skin - I mix it with a lighter shade of foundation in the winter or with my everyday facial moisturiser. Win.

This provides good coverage for a tinted moisturizer, especially if you top it off with powder. I like to use this on days when I'm not going to be going many places and don't feel like dealing with a face full of makeup.

This is quite a pigmented tinted moisturizer. Its perfect for those with fairly clear, dry skin that just want to even their skintone and have a good base for their makeup.

When I first got this, I didn't like it. It felt too make up-y and just wasn't what I wanted out of a tinted moisturizer. However, after realizing I was putting too much on, I fell in love! A little goes a long way.

I purchased this over the summer when I was a touch more tan than I am now, and even at that point, I had to get shade 01 for my ghostly skin. Now, in the winter, when my face hasn't seen the sun for a few good months, even shade 01 is too dark for me. I had to switch to a different product entirely! Wish they carried this in a couple of lighter shades for paleys like me, because while I was using it, I liked it a lot. It has really nice coverage for a tinted moisturizer, while at the same time not feeling like you're wearing too terribly much makeup. Plus, it works really well with my finicky face---didn't cause me to break out or anything, which is a huge concern of mine when it comes to moisturizers, foundations, etc. Great product, but sadly, a bit limited.

The product has the potential of becoming more than average if I actually had an accurate shade of this product.

I have noticed that it is a great and lightweight base that evens out the skin tone, but a concealer is clearly a requirement.
