Description

Suffering from chapped lips and occasional cold sores, Alfred Woelbing invented Carmex lip balm in Milwaukee in the early 1930s. Formulated with a variety of natural ingredients, the mixture was carefully hand poured into small glass jars, which Alfred would sell to pharmacists from the trunk of his car. Over the last 70 years, people have come to love the kip balm that works like no other.

It was a jungle themed game, the whiskers and nose are eyeliner, it doesn't crack or peel! (It does smudge!) I did a cat eye to match the cat theme I had. Three shades of brown eyeshadow. For the lips, as a lipstick, I put carmex on and then the eyeshadow I wanted on my lips with a q-tip and it lasted all night! I did this because I don't usually wear lipstick so I don't own the color I needed.

Being a proud New Englander I tend to embrace stripes, navy, red and anything with sea creatures on it. Getting a navy scarf for an early birthday present was the cherry on top. I like how this top is lightweight enough to be cool inside with the heat on and yet the scarf warms it up enough that I don't need a coat. But if it was really chilly out I could wear one comfortably. The perfect pair for in between weather.
