Well worth the price

I went back and forth on purchasing this product because let's be honest...it's and expensive lip product. However, I am so glad I did. I picked the Mauve Moon shade and it's gorgeous! The color is a strikingly beautiful purple mauve shade and looks really bright in the pot, but it goes on a sheer color and looks amazing. The formula is so moisturizing and lasts on my lips for a while. Would definitely repurchase!

I had to through it out unfortunately.

Didn't get to use it. I dropped it on the floor and it shattred into shards or glass, and one even hit me in the eye, glass went everywhere but the product stayed in the jar with a lot of glass in it. It smelled nice.

This lip balm is awesome. I loved the Baume de Rose, and the Baume de Rose Nutri-Couleur just adds a new dimension. Often times I find that lip balms with added pigmentation aren’t as good as the same lip balms made neutrally -- but this balm is a huge exception! It maintains the same protection, hydration, and light feel as the Baume de Rose on top of adding a beautiful color to your lips.

I also have Toffee Cream and Bloom Berry shades, as well as the original Baume de Rose. They are all 5 stars - no, 10 stars - amazing. Manadrina Pulp in the pot looks bright orange, but on the lips it sheers out to a beautiful spring peach-light coral shade. I have big, full lips and I generally prefer to play them down a little, especially at work. Mandarina Pulp gives a beautiful color/tint and shine that looks like I have color on my lips but not overwhelmingly so. I wear this shade with warm-colored clothes and when I want a lighter lip.

Toffee Cream is warm darker nude. It's not so dark that I look like I'm wearing a dark brown lipstick. Nude lip colors are usually a huge fail for me because my lips are so pigmented naturally. Toffee Cream gives a sophisticated nude tint just enough to tone down the lips when you want to play up something else.

Berry Bloom is a color I've worn the least, only because my lips are naturally red. Berry Bloom gives a dark berry stain, but not over-the-top dark red berry color.

But THE BEST PART about these colors is they are SUPER-MOISTURIZING, and they leave my lips feeling hydrated and healthy after they've worn off. My lips are so sensitive and get dried out by products that advertise themselves as moisturizing, so I've learnt to be very careful. I adore these baumes because they're A-number-one in terms of color, moisture, and quality. They are a tad scented, but it doesn't bother me. Especially the original - smells like luscious rose. Similar to YSL Creme de Rose. I love them all.

I love the way this feels on my lips.

I love the way this product feels on my lips and the color really make my lips pop. It is a bright color however it doesn't look too bright when applied.

I bought this when there were only two shades and I wanted my cheeks to POP and it does just that with this beautiful shade of rose, the other color was more of a highlight. I am very fair so that should give you some idea of how it will look on you. I think that if you want to amp up the color just adding on more layers will do that but I can't say for sure since I haven't tried doing that. I also use it on my lips and it's a lovely feeling to moisturize and at the same time add color that matches my cheeks. I'm glad to see there are more colors and in no short adieu i will be reviewing them as well. I enjoy being able to bring good news to the clients of Beautylish so I write these hopefully helpful reviews.
