Not for me, but still a good scrub

I only like this okay. I like that it is natural and there are no chemicals being rubbed all over my face. It smells pretty good too. It is a VERY thick consistency that you need to rub together and warm before you can spread it over your skin. It is super gentle but you can still feel it is coarse enough to exfoliate. It also doesn't leave me feeling dry like lots of cleansers and exfoliating washes do. The thing that I do NOT like about it is that after I use I feel like there is a type of film left over my whole face. I am not sure what that is, but it is really unpleasant for me; I hate that feeling on my skin. I feel like I need to use something else to scrape my face clean or wash it again with something else which defeats the purpose! Though I wouldn't buy again, I would recommend to a friend who has dry skin and is looking for something natural, but would warn about my dislike of it.

LOVE!

I originally got this product as a part of a Burt's Bees facial kit. It looked gross to me but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it. I like St. Ives Apricot Scrub, but this one blew it out of the water. Its gentle enough for me to use more than twice a week if I feel I need to. It also has a great scent. I always feel moisturized and not dry and tight after I use it. I definitely went out and bought a full size!

LOVE.... I learned about this from Kandee Johnson on Youtube and it is an awesome scrub no, it is not too harsh no, it does not come with instructions xD but I was my face with hot hot water then put some on my hand and put a little bit of water on it and it goes on wonderfully... and you don't have to worry... if some accidentally gets in ur mouth it's actually kinda tasty.. The only thing I can think of that might be "bad" is that you kinda have to reach in and scoop it with ur hand ... =\ xD but i LOVE this

I surprised that I loved this.

My skin is the kind that nothing works one. It is acne prone and a dry type of oily. Acne products dry my face out too much and stuff for dry or normal skin makes it too oily. Scrubs are usually way too abrasive. This is perfect. I wash my face with a salicylic acid based wash first and then use this and, for me, great combo. It isn't too abrasive but it gets all the nasty dead skin off my face. And it does help to moisturize my face (That really surprised me.) My face has been less oily and less flaky since using it. It was worth the eight dollars for me :) Oh! and it smells like citrus-y pumpkin pie filling!

Great Scrub

I love this scrub! I was skeptical at first because the Orange essence wash left a strange film and made me break out some. But I read a few reviews and wanted to give it a try. It's super cheap and a little goes a long way. My skin feels super soft and not filmy after at all. It is grainy to the touch but I like how it doesn't feel grainy against my skin, or at least not as grainy as St. Ives Apricot scrub or Neutrogena's Naturals exfoliating scrub. So if you have used and have liked either of those two, I'd give this one a try.

not for my face, ok for body

I got this to try on a youtube recommendation for good scrub. I really did not like using this on my face. Its a thick weird consistancy, doesnt realy smell like citrus but i wouldnt say it smelt bad, and it made a mess of my shower. I also found it realy abrasive and a bit irritating for my face. However i didnt mind it as a body scrub, though it still made a mess. Wont buy again but got through the whole jar.

amazing product

I was hesitant to use this because of the way it looked, and because it was kind of a random product, but now i am in love with this. the scrub really is gentle, and exfoliates your skin beautifully, it doesn't suck up the moisture from your skin and leaves the skin feeling super super soft. Haven't had a problem with it yet, hopefully i wont, but i definitely recommend.

It's hard to overdo it with this one.

Unlike St. Ives Apricot Scrub this actually IS a gentle exfoliator. It has a thick, mealy texture and takes some water and effort to get it to blend onto your face. It smells pretty great- not chemically at all- you can definitely tell it's natural. I really enjoy the cleaning power of orange but i'm not so sure about glycerin as a moisturizer. It took quite a bit of rinsing before I felt like my skin wasn't retaining a film. At least it didn't make me break out more!
