Basically it's a hit or miss when it comes to local brands but here's to name a few: Fanny Serrano (hit: their eyelash curler which is comparable to Shu Uemura!), Ever Bilena (hit: their matte lipstick line), Nichido (hit: liquid eyeliner), Fashion21 and Careline (:

Ooh...I've never heard of any of those brands, but the Fanny Serano eyelash curler sounds interesting! Shu Uemura standard as well? What about the price?

Would love to go to the Philippines one day to check all that out. Filipino women are absolutely amazing when it comes to beautifying themselves. :)
