My before photo was taken on April 25th, I cut down my nails to a square shape so we can easily see the growth improvement. One month later, May 25th, I photographed my after photo, which measured to a hair shorter than 1/4" of growth! That entire month I wore the growth activator 24/7

Does it strenght your nails? Because normally your nails grow that much without in a month, without any products.

On its own it does not strengthen, I apply a strengthener on top for good measure. I think the polish is more to about the garlic enzymes boosting nail growth, personally my nails don't grow this quickly in their natural/unpolished state. It's designed to help out weak or damaged nails.

Yes, if you apply directly onto naked nails it works best.

NailTek is great and strengthens too. Get it. Also Sally beauty supply has one that formeldaheide free. I forget the name though. I've used both and loved the results.

No, I have moderately strong nails, they rarely break unless I use my hands too roughly. I also use a lot of pro-strengthen and vitamin polishes.

No it's not very strengthening on its own. Personally, I put this on my bare nails and then add a thickening polish on top.
