For this look I first coated my eyebrows with a layer of spirit gum, then smoothed a layer of scar wax over the top, and then added a layer of Kat Von D foundation... then I repeated these steps until my eyebrows were completely covered and then I covered my entire face with the Kat Von D foundation and started adding color and design. I used BH cosmetics 1st edition 120 pallet and Shany cream pot eyeliners to create this colorful look and then I finished it of by adding some cool glitter false lashes!
