Lol I use something called De-noise. It reduces all the static you see in pictures. But I don't have a program to take away blemishes and scars. This is just a good month for me because I got some skin tags removed by my boss. But thanks Boo :)

Well its hard to give you a perfect answer because I haven't analyzed your skin. Genetics play a big part but the best thing is use a cleanser, toner and moisturizer also sunscreen during the day and exfoliate once a week with a scrub. Murad is a really good product so is dermalogica. Facials are a good investment too for problematic skin. Hope this helps.
