Newspaper Nails!!!!;)

Really easy to do!!! All you have to do is...
1. Paint nails any color(light colors work best)
2.let dry then dip in rubbing alcohol
3.put newspaper on wet nail. Try not to shift paper and don't push to hard. Hold for about 3 secs!
4. Finish up with a top coat!
Fun and really easy.
