@claire you split it into 5 equal sections. Get 2 seperated by your fingers in each hand and leave the middle one just on your chest so it will be easier and not so confusing. Then with one outside strand put it over the one next to it and under the middle chest one. Then on the opposite outside part, put that one over the section next to it and under the middle one, then go back to the other side and put that one over, and under and continue transferring from both sides. So pretty much on both sides you go over, under.
