How did you do this effect?

I started with orange as my base color. Then I dropped several drops of yellow polish in a dish of room temp filtered water and sprayed it with rubbing alcohol to break up the polish. Next I dipped my nails into the water. I repeated the process with the mint color then sealed everything with a top coat.
