Hi Neelu! a good foundation for oily skin would be make up forever stay matte foundation; mac pro long wear foundation, and a cheaper alternative is revlon colorstay foundation which is really good too! My personal favorite concealer is the pro long wear by mac as well. The best way to apply concealer is using a beauty blender or any type of dome brush to get under the eye area.

I used a Kat Von D painted love lipstick in lovecraft. I topped it off with nyx lip butter in creme brûlée. A good primer is benefits pore professional. I have dry skin too sometimes I use a BB cream as a primer because it moisturizes and primes at the same time! I put a little bit of that on and then do my foundation. I moisturize with a regular ponds creme for night and I have baby soft skin in the morning. I hope this helps :-)
