When I went to remove my fuzzy coat it obliterated my cotton balls and took like 30 minutes for one hand!

Really? I thought this was easier to remove than most glitter lol. I do use 100% acetone and had a base colour underneath so maybe that helped.

It takes a few coats to make it solid so you might want to have a base color under the glitter.

I took it off within a couple days so I'm not sure how long it would last. I did notice it was easier to remove than most other glitter polishes.
