I painted my nails white then let them dry and meanwhile cut up some straps of newspaper or magazine and once your nails are fully dry grab a strap of newspaper & wet it (damp) then apply it to your nail and let it sit there for bout15 seconds and apply pressure to the newspaper while it sits on your nail then peel off the newspaper carefully & BA-BEAUTIFUL!!
