Black eyeliner on outer of top lids, can also use a black eyeshadow and an eyeliner brush:)
Black mascara on top lashes, about two-three coats, depending on how much definition you want:)
A shimmer powder/highlighter under brow bone, to open eyes. I used a bronzey-shimmer highlighter

For a more defined look, you could also fill in your eyebrows, but I didn't bother:)
