Use a shaving razor to make the layers, and tease it with a regular teasing comb and use hairspray! My favorite hairspray that I use is tresemme and aquanet. And for coloring we used us the teal dye ( splat is the brand name ) and for the yellowish color we just bleached it. But for a more vibrant color I suggest you leave the dye in for about a hour, and for the bleaching make sure you don't leave it in too long because it may do serious damage! Only leave in dye for about 30 minutes at most, and for a better and faster result wrap foil around the areas being bleached (with the bleach in it of course) and use the blowdryer on it for a faster bleaching. :) If you have any other questions ask me on tumblr! http://causeiammrbrightside.tumblr.....
