Today's look: A summer glow and some Whovian flare!

Today's look was quite basic, but I found I really loved the liner and wanted to share!

It's a very pretty blurple shade by the indie brand, Madd Style Cosmetics. The shade is called T.A.R.D.I.S.<3

I used a bent liner brush, and Makeup Forever's Aqua Seal as a mixing medium to create a waterproof look that is ready for anything!
