To anyone wondering what I used: I used toothpicks to make the dots. I used Wet N Wild Nail Polish in Tickled Pink for the background, LA Colors Art Deco in White to make the first line, filled in the rest of the white with Wet N Wild Nail Polish in French White Creme.. Then with the toothpick I used LA Colors Art Deco in Black to make the eyes and whiskers, LA Colors Art Deco in Yellow to make the nose, and LA Colors Art Deco in Intense Pink to make the bow! I recommend testing this on paper for a while until you get the hang of it :)
