I love how you blended the purple with the black. Did you use any white over the pink to blend with the purple, or does the pink just have a very shiny finish?

I used an Aussie company called 'Drop Dead Gorgeous.. couture to die for'
They made loose pigment but now they are sold in pressed palettes. I remember using a few of there pinks, but you can achieve this affect with any pink shadow that had a holographic/ purple / blue shine to it ;) as for the skin i used Gorgeous Cosmetics foundation, Mac Skin Finish Naturals & Rimmel shocking pink/pink flame on the lips xx
