I used a sparkly black all over the lid - it came in my Sephora Collectors Edition Holiday palette (Oil Slick by UD would be a good dupe). Then applied NYX milk in the middle, smudged it out to a grey color, went over it with a metallic silver from a since discontinued Quo Christmas palette and finished it off with some generic dollar store glitter all over the lid.
