NYX Cosmetics Ultra Pearl Mania Review (Yellow, Ocean Blue, Pearl and Very Pink)

Last week I was looking for an eyeshadow that was extremely pigmented and came in a variety of bright colors. I checked out a few reviews from fellow Beauties and most claimed the higher end brands work the best but I was looking for something cheaper. I use NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Crayons on a daily basis so I decided to check out their options. During my trip to Ulta, I picked up NYX Ultra Pearl Mania in Yellow, Ocean Blue, Pearl and Very Pink. I rushed home to try them out and I was certainly impressed. These eyeshadows were extremely pigmented, easy to apply and BRIGHT! I was in love!

Pros: Inexpensive, Bright, Highly Pigmented, Variety of Colors, Loose Powder, Does Not Crease, Excellent Staying Power

Cons: None

Tips: I always lay down a coat of NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil in Cottage Cheese before applying these. It helps to hold the color. I also do not stroke on the color with my eyeshadow brush, instead I pat it on which allows for easier application and a bright pigment. Just make sure to tap off your brush before you apply to your eyelid otherwise you’ll have shadow in your eyes, creating a mess.
