Awe! You lovely ladies! @Brooke, don't be. It is a nose surgery, not quite a plastic one. My nasal valve had collapsed (product from a previous unsuccessfull nose job) and I wasn't getting any air at all.
@Marianna (gorgeous name, by the way) I'm hoping with all my heart to like the results. It was not a trivial operation. They took graft from my ear and inserted it in my valve to make it bigger and wider. Yes bigger and wider. So I'm really hoping not to look like a little piglet. @Aru, thanks for your kind thoughts. @Sabrina, Sarah, my girls, don't worry. The worst is over. I guess.

I guess it is worth saying that beauty always comes with a price. Sometimes the price is higher than we thought. I underwent a surgical procedure and put my face and health to risk. And now I have to deal with the consequences. Not that I think that one shouldn't go for cosmetic surgery when one's not totally happy with the look of things, but it is not to be alien lightly. I'm in a lot of pain and discomfort. I wish you never have to go through this. It sucks real hard!!
