I really like peacock feathers so it inspired me to create this colorful look using morphebrushes palette in b35. I also added bh cosmetics glitters over top to make it more dazzle and dramatic. its very important to draw the feathers, find the best tool to get the perfect feathers. i used supper skinny marker from NYX, even tho it is not waterproof, the application makes it so much easier. to have a waterproof eyeliner stick I recommend using stilla. Remstones or gemstones would be perfect to place just in the inner and outer corner. have fun try it for yourself.
