How to get the perfect eyeliner
Grab ur matte black eyeshadow and an angled brush and lightly trace where u want your liner placed. (This is easier to remover if you get it wrong than eyeliner)
Go over this with the liquid or gel eyeliner.
Then after that use the same eyeshadow to set it.
Tip
You can use tape to get the perfect crisp line
