I would rethink you're supplier then, since she has not given them permission to use her photos. She's forwarded the information to her manager, this happens quite a lot with her swatches, but because she runs a cosmetic company herself, she knows how everything works and she is not okay with you using her swatches for gaining profit.

But you say that it's the same swatch as your lipgloss, but it's very matte, in your other pictures the pink is very glossy. Enough that there's a sheen from the lights.

Either way, not my problem, but you should get a new supplier because they are completely lying and it's not legal use of any of the photos they have sent you.

@alyx t once again no one is using her swatches... if you are not informed then I would suggest you don't go around making accusations that aren't true with being knowledgable about your assumptions! I've already gone through this with another makeup artist who thought she knew what she was talking about and had to check her on my IG... this picture is my even on that website n when I asked her the same question as to where these swatches were ummmm in still waiting for a response and I've tagged limecrimemakeup on IG AS well!

I also went along and posted my picture from my supplier where my default pic on here with the pink and red "inspire and "chosen" swatches are and once again it doesn't lol anything like the picture you and I guess the other girl were referring to on my IG WHICH IS BRAVEBEAUTY_INSPIRED
So normally I wouldn't even entertain ignorant accusations when people aren't informed of how suppliers use swatches and I'm sure you looking at a lot of the makeup pages on IG many look a like and correction I never said that my swatch was the same.. you said that! I just stated that many go around and look a lot alike.

And to also address your statement of the line trying to make a profit ... the line was created from the logo to packaging from the ground up so someone's hard earned money went towards putting it all together to bless other people so before anyone makes any type of profit you dish out a lot of your own to make it successful so money that would be earned after providing proceeds is money that's already been spent and put out so just another FYI hun

Feel free to spread the word for a good cause which I'm sure you won't try to support that but will jump on things thinking you know what you're taking about and trying to defend a company that you're not even on payroll for but then say it's not your problem after jumping to conclusions... hmmm lol but anyway honey.. be blessed! Please stop lying. These are depechegurl on instagrams lips. She hasn't reviewed your products or let you use her swatches. You obviously edited it and cut out her watermark or you would have shown her full lips. I can't tell exactly which swatch you stole, since she has hundreds and you edited the true colors but it's looks like these ones. Her pictures are copyrighted and are not fair use, so you using it to gain profit for your store is completely illegal. I've sent the link to your website to her to take further action however she chooses.

I appreciate you stopping by my page and sharing your thoughts. If you are not aware of how the process goes when researching for your own makeup line, products, etc.and you are dealing with suppliers. They all have samples and a lot of these same pictures going around to show their samples. I can point out to you at least 3 or more ( I didn't keep count) of the above pictures going around instagram and other sociall media sites of people in the beauty industry that have their own product and they are displaying the same pics! Just an FYI! Above I will include my own personal sample pics that fmy supplier was sending me as my options to inform you of how they all are similar and look alike. The picture you've included in this message I have never even seen before and as you can see from my pictures there are plenty of other photos with the lip glosses being showcased on people that have purchased them and see how the color looks. This picture you've included If you do your research will find in numerous page.
