Long hair, round eyes.
both eyebrows and around the eyes i used Mac eyeshadows. i have really small chinky eyes. Sometimes i would shade around my top lashes and my lower lashes, never tightline or shade your undereyes when you have small eyes, it'll just makes your eyes that much smaller!
