Postnatal - one year on

So I had my baby in June 2012 and these photos are taken in May & June 2013.
I didn't get into gym-ing until the end of April 2013 and this shows what a little hard work can do for anyone's body.
I have never been a girl for exercise not healthy eating and trust me when I say I couldn't believe I'd sign up to a gym.
Since having the baby, my weight and size has fluctuated so much, I didn't "get fat" during the pregnancy, I only gained the baby weight, but the feeling of being so big just dawned on me, within 3 weeks after the birth I went down 2 dress sizes from what I was before, from a UK12 to a UK8.. Then during the last year it has been bouncing between a size 10 to 12.. I felt so rubbish and knew I needed to sort it out.
And here I am, still sorting myself out.

Omg! My bbys 6 months old and I just keep gaining weight and can't find that motivation to go out and exercise... This is my second and with my first I dropped all my pregnancy weight ij a few months and now I'm just stuck! I have very low self esteem because of it! How do you do it?
