really liked how these two came out. The blue is very matte, unlike in the photo which I love. It blends very nicely and is extremely vibrant. I used an old Wet n Wild shadow for that and a broken black shadow from Neutrogena. I had left over and used it to make the lighter turquoise with various Shany Cosmetic loos powders

95% Rubbing Alcohol
Broken and old drugstore quads and shadows
Loose Shany Cosmetics Pigments
