Did you use a primer first to set the shadow or what? anyway beautiful.

First I applied a primer then I used the blue, I applied a bit of purple above the blur and used a blending brush and blend in the purple, then the same with the pink.. Lastly apply liquid eyeliner and make a wing and at the end of the wind just apply a Lil bit of black and blend it in to have a dramatic look
