How do you know how much alcohol and glycerin to add to them?

I start with a little and keep adding it until it is a thick past consistency. You don't want to too water, but you also want it to stick together not crumble.

Will there are seven eyeshadows into face powers. The eyeshadows were made with loose pigments or just cheap drugstore eyeshadows mixed with alcohol and glycerin, and the face powders were loose powders, old bronzes and some glitter. The big compact is a face highlighter with some Shea butter melted in for a creamier texture.
