I use NYX black gel liner and apply it with an angled liner brush. I start with the wing, make a flick from the outer corner of my eye towards the point of my brow. Then I connect the point of the wing to my lashline to form a triangle, then I fill it in, and pull the liner towards my inner corner. Once the liner is there I clean it up and thicken to my liking :)
