Hello Laura, thank you very much. Here is how I achieved this look.

First I prepped and prime my eyes. Next I took a black liquid liner and did a regular winged liner, sweeping the brush across my lashline. Then I extended the wing up, so that the end of it was almost horizontal with my crease. Then I used a black liner and smudged lines to create an arrow head or mountain, whatever you want to call it, basically make a triangle without the base. Lol. Next I patted on a layer of black shadow getting less pigmented the farther inward I got. I then repeated and highlighted my inner corner. I finished it off with mascara.
