Ice Queen: Used tako and mochi pressed shadows by Sugarpill Cosmetics on the eyes and lips, then NARS Cosmetics highlight in Albatross! Under the eyes and on all my highlight points I used LORAC Cosmetics, Inc. 3D liquid lustre in diamond! To make my lashes white I just used the white from my MAKE UP FOR EVER flash color palette! And then just some white cosmetic glitter on the brows and lips. OH and I used a stick on bejeweled winged liner by Salon-Perfect.ro (Bought it at Walmart when they had this set up for Halloween!)
