Used Directions Hair Dye in Midnight Blue and diluted it with a cheap conditioner until I got my desired shade. Used 1 & 1/2 pots for my entire head. My hair length is up to my waist. Begins to fade within the third week. Since the color has green undertones, it fades to a beautiful sea-foamy teal color. Completely impressed with this brand of hair dye. If you want blue hair, I strongly recommend Directions.
