Icy Blue Ombre Lip

I got a little creative with color the other week and this was the result! I used the white NYX eyeshadow base all over the lip as a base and to create a white canvas. I then used different blue Mac eyeshdaows (i can't remember the exact ones) and blended them carefully to create the dramatic ombre effect.
