Start off with a base coat then use a dotting tool or if you don't have one use a pin (used from sewing) and push it into a eraser of a pencil
Then dot where you want the paint to drip to and slowly move up on the nail, next paint the rest of your top nail the same color and droop the paint upwards sort of like a French manicure
