First, apply line at bottom of brows to define shape. Second, apply fig 1 Mac eyeshadow (or any brow powder) from bottom blending up. Third, blend with spool brush. Last, add highlight and blend from bottom of brow line downward! Follow me on Instagram beautybytk !
