Also, a floss pick was used!
1. Prep nails and add a base coat
2. Add one coat of colour
3. After the first coat dries, add a thick, second coat of colour
4. Before it is completely dry, take the floss pick and press against the nail. It will leave an indentation that will resemble a quilt.
5. Repeat on all other nails.
