freckle and dot? (eyebrows are bad)

I have this weird freckle and white dot under my eye.. I've had them for as long as I can remember. They don't hurt, but the white dot is weird. What is the white dot?

The white dot is most likely acne. I get white dots too. You could cover it up with concealer, or use some acne treatment on it, if your looking to get rid of it.
