They're actually just those cheap press on nails, about $10 for a hundred at CVS or other pharmacies. They are very easy going on your nails.

My aunt does my nails and she is a bit older. she puts on tons of top coat then cures it under the uv lamp every time I get something like a rhinestone or nail art. lol

how can you get the bow to stay on a while without doing that?

I put a dab of regular nail glue under the bow before applying, they stay on very well unless they get banged really hard.
